About Gingko7
About Us – Ginkgo7 was founded by Kelsey and Danny, who share a love for farming, food, and exploring cultures through what people grow and eat. They started the farm with a vision of creating a place where rare and international vegetables could thrive, while also sharing those discoveries with their community. From rare heirloom varieties to vibrant international produce, every crop we grow tells a story. We carefully select and cultivate vegetables that are full of character, flavor, and history. Each harvest is an opportunity to experience something new and exciting in the kitchen.Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on responsible farming practices that care for the soil, respect nature, and support a healthy ecosystem. By farming thoughtfully, we ensure that our vegetables are not only fresh and high-quality, but also grown in a way that protects the land for the future. At Ginkgo7, we’re more than a farm—we’re a journey of taste, culture, and discovery. Whether you’re a home cook, a chef, or simply someone who loves trying new foods, we’re excited to share our harvest with you.
